What does Custom Building really mean?
Custom means....
you like a certain plan, but the master bath and closets are too small? What if you don't need a living room, but want a keeping room instead? What if you want to add a 3rd car garage on the main floor and a 4th in the basement? Do you hear "custom builders" tell you "that's not available" or "you need to pick from a list of options"? Some builders call themselves "custom builders" or call their homes "custom homes" without offering you all the choices. That's not really customizing--that's mass producing.
