Speculative ("Spec") Homes
These are homes where we have packaged one of our lots and houseplans together. We customize the plan specifically for the particular lot and neighborhood. These homes are ready for sale during all phases of construction.
If you see a home you like under construction, we can make any changes you like. We can do anything from the simple, like changing colors, to the complex, like adding bedrooms or finishing the basement.

In-House Design
With our engineering backgrounds, designing and re- designing houseplans is our specialty! We have our own CAD systems so that we can modify almost any plan without you having to pay for the architect to do it.
Most architecture firms take weeks to modify your plans and charge you thousands of dollars. We can do it in days and most jobs won't cost you extra. For most houseplans, design changes are simply included when you hire us!

Remodeling / Finishing Basements
Does that kitchen need to "start over"? Does your house need more space? Do you need help figuring out how to do it? Most homes we build have basements, but many people don't finish it because it's just not in the budget. We can remodel any space or finish any basement whether its a home we built or somebody else did. We can help you make that space new agian or make that basement not "feel" like a basement.
